Nissan has launched the CNG variant of the 7-seater Gravit. In this, the boot space is not reduced due to twin-cylinder technology. It gives more mileage at less cost and its government approved kit starts from ₹ 82,999.
BhaThe demand for CNG cars is increasing rapidly. To capitalize on this opportunity, Nissan Motor India has launched the CNG option of its new 7-seater car Gravite. This CNG variant is especially for those customers who want a long lasting car at a low cost. The company has provided twin-cylinder technology for the first time in the segment, the most important thing about which is that it does not reduce the 7-seater capacity or boot space of the car.
The price of the new Gravit CNG kit starts at Rs 82,999 (this is the price of the retrofit kit). At present this facility is available in 16 states of the country. The most important thing is that this CNG kit is recognized by the government, which gives complete guarantee of safety and confidence to the customers. Ex-showroom prices for the Nissan Gravit start at Rs 5.65 lakh, while its top-spec Tecna LE variant starts at Rs 8.94 lakh.
CNG will reduce running costs
Gravit CNG has been designed in such a way that it gives high mileage at low cost. This means that fuel consumption per kilometer will be much lower than petrol. Despite this, the company has maintained the car’s everyday usability and modular design, with no compromise on space, especially for third-row passengers.
How special is this CNG kit?
The quality of this CNG kit developed and manufactured by Motosen has been thoroughly tested. Customers can get it installed at Nissan dealership. The company is also giving a warranty of three years or 1,00,000 kilometers on this kit, which will be provided through a third-party provider. This CNG system is also quite advanced technically. It includes a sequential BS 6.2 compliant kit meeting the latest emission norms. It also has ICAT-approved systems for safety and reliability. The thickness of the cylinder is 8.1 mm, which makes it more strong and durable.
smart technology
Apart from this, it also includes Dynamic Advancer Technology which improves the performance of the engine. This car also allows easy switching between petrol and CNG. The fuel filler space is also neatly placed inside the fuel lid, keeping the car’s look neat and premium. Saurabh Vats, Managing Director of the company, said that after the excellent response received from the customers for Magnite CNG, this new twin-cylinder system has been introduced in Gravit. This is especially beneficial for families who need a 7-seater car but also want high mileage at low cost.
