Actress Niharika Chouksey is celebrating a major milestone for her television show Tumm Se Tumm Tak, which has completed 400 episodes. The actress, who plays Anu, said the achievement reflects the strong connection audiences have developed with the show’s central couple, Anu and Arya.
Chouksey said the milestone was particularly meaningful because of the affection viewers have shown towards her character and her relationship with Arya.
“400 episodes feels incredibly special because Anu has become so much more than just a character for me. The love that Anu and Arya have received from the audience has been overwhelming,” she said.
The actress added that viewers who have consistently asked for more scenes featuring the lead pair have plenty to look forward to in the upcoming episodes, which will feature more romance and moments between them.
“From their first meeting to overcoming so many challenges and eventually getting married, the audience has been a part of every chapter, and reaching 400 episodes feels like a celebration of that bond,” Chouksey said.
She expressed gratitude to viewers for continuing to support Anu and Arya throughout their journey.
Tumm Se Tumm Tak explores middle-class family life, including relationships, aspirations and the tension between tradition and modernity.
Chouksey has previously spoken about how playing Anu has influenced her personally. Reflecting on the character’s journey, she said Anu had taught her the importance of continuing to believe in love even during difficult circumstances.
“What I admire most about Anu is that her love was never blind or impulsive; it came from trust, patience, and understanding,” she said.
