In such a situation, its cost will also reduce with time. While Dr. Jan Niehuis expressed the need to work towards improving the capabilities of AI and its data input in the future through research. Regarding AI, Stephen Baer said that what will be its form in future, it will become more clear in the coming time.

There will be no mass layoffs

The biggest fear about AI is that people will lose their jobs. On this, Harshul Asnani said that AI will not be the reason for mass layoffs in the coming days. Although some sectors and other types of jobs will disappear, such as coding, the industry is also focusing on upskilling people. Tech Mahindra has also upskilled 40,000 people in the last one year.

This statement was also supported by the MD of Micron India. He said that to deal with the challenges of AI, skill development of people will have to be done on a large scale.
