Doctors say that in this condition the patient should take more liquid diet. Therefore, drink coconut water, ORS, fresh fruit juice and fresh water as much as possible in your routine.
Doctors advise that due to dengue, strength in the body decreases. In such a situation, focus on protein intake is necessary for recovery. For this, consume pulses, cheese, egg or chicken-fish in right quantity. If you want to eat light then you can make moong dal soup and drink it.
During this period, the immunity of the body also goes down, hence eat such things which have more Vitamin C. For this, consumption of seasonal fruits is best. However, such things should also be eaten which have high amount of iron.
