Mystery Surrounds Death of Salesman Found in Murudeshwar-Bound Train

A tragic incident unfolded on October 25 when a 35-year-old man, identified as Mouzzan from Kumbarpete, Doddaballapur, was discovered dead in a reserved coach for the differently-abled on a Murudeshwar-bound train . Mouzzan, employed as a sales representative, had boarded the train from Yesvantpur on October 24. His unresponsive body was first noticed by a railway guard in the early morning hours at Mulki station.

After discovering Mouzzan unconscious, railway police rushed him to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead on arrival. Lacking identification documents, officers shared a photograph of the label “RS Tailor Chickpete,” found on his shirt, through WhatsApp. This digital outreach allowed his family to identify him and arrive in Mulki the next day.

In a concerning twist, authorities observed ligature marks on Mouzzan’s neck, pointing to possible foul play. His family members further revealed missing personal belongings, including a mobile phone and a bag. Tracking his phone’s signal, police identified the last recorded location near Sakleshpur, adding to suspicions of potential robbery-related murder.

Currently, police are conducting thorough investigations across regions, including Mysuru and Bengaluru, to uncover details surrounding this mysterious death.
