Chief Minister Mohan Yadav gave the mantra of good governance, transparency and public service to the new officials of corporations, boards, boards and commissions. He stressed on digital governance, financial discipline, sensitive administration and zero tolerance policy on corruption.
Bhopal. In Madhya Pradesh, May 18 was an important day from governance and administrative point of view. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav gave guidelines to the newly appointed officials of corporations, boards, boards, commissions and authorities to work with responsibilities in a program organized at the Atal Bihari Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis.
The Chief Minister said that “unity in diversity” is the biggest strength of India and Madhya Pradesh. He said that the government respects merit and different responsibilities have been assigned on this basis. Referring to the views of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the Chief Minister said that the ultimate objective of politics and administration should be only public welfare. He said that ethics and transparency are extremely important in public life.
In the program, state in-charge Mahendra Singh, BJP state president Hemant Khandelwal and vice president of Atal Bihari Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis, Prof. Rajiv Dixit was also present.
MP Government Officers Responsibility: Not a post, but an opportunity to serve the public
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that these appointments are not just administrative posts, but an important opportunity to serve the state. He asked all the officials to perform their responsibilities with full devotion, administrative efficiency and service spirit.
He said that all the officials are an important part of the government and it is through their actions that the image of the government is formed in the society. The Chief Minister advised the officers to first understand the policies, rules and functioning of their department well and make better use of the available resources.
Emphasis laid on departmental coordination and teamwork
The Chief Minister said that the success of any organization is possible only with better coordination and team spirit. He instructed the officials to work in coordination with the officers and employees of their institute and establish their own identity with frugality. He said that every responsibility assigned by the government should be performed with family spirit and devotion.
Financial Discipline in MP Government: Emphasis on self-discipline and financial discipline
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that financial management is one of the biggest challenges of administration. He said that it is necessary to move towards self-reliance through self-discipline. For this, it will be necessary to control wasteful expenditure, financial discipline and developing new sources of income. He said that officials should promote innovation in their institutions and strengthen the work culture by proper utilization of resources.

The Chief Minister said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Madhya Pradesh has got the opportunity to develop and become the leading state of the country. He said that working with transparency, determination and efficiency is the priority of the government.
Digital Governance MP: Focus on digital governance and technology based administration
The Chief Minister said that at present technology has become the biggest medium of good governance. He instructed all the officials to adopt digital governance, data based decision system and technology based monitoring system. He said that maximum use of digital systems should be ensured in the departments and the schemes and achievements of the government should be made available to the public through social media.
Government assistance reaches the poor and needy
The Chief Minister said that the dream of self-reliant Madhya Pradesh cannot be fulfilled until the benefits of the government schemes reach the last person. He said that all the officers should work with full sensitivity to bring positive change in the lives of the poor and needy.
Zero Tolerance Policy MP: Zero tolerance policy implemented on misconduct
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav warned the officials and said that the government has a zero tolerance policy against misconduct and corruption. He said that any kind of irregularity or wrong activity will not be tolerated at all. He advised the officers to choose their associates wisely and maintain distance from such people who may affect their dignity.
Gentleness in language, firmness in decision is necessary
The Chief Minister said that the behavior of officials should be sensitive and comfortable towards the public. He said that any poor or suffering person should feel that someone close to him is present to listen to his problems. He said that politeness in language and firmness in decisions should be the basic basis of administrative working style.
Social Awareness Campaign MP: Appeal to work on de-addiction, cleanliness and women empowerment
The Chief Minister said that all departments should play an active role on issues like de-addiction, cleanliness, environmental protection, women empowerment, child protection and social harmony. He said that running awareness campaigns against social evils is also a part of administrative responsibility.
He said that an in-depth study of the functioning of the Corporation, Division and Board will help in better implementation of policies and schemes. The Chief Minister said that through innovation based schemes, Madhya Pradesh can be made the most developed and best state of the country.
