MP: 32 thousand looted for gifting to girlfriend, the financier who left the house after taking the installment was targeted

Two youths together committed a robbery near village Barai under Badarwas police station in Shivpuri district of Madhya Pradesh. Both the youths had robbed the female field officer of the micro finance company. Police today revealed the robbery, the accused needed money to fulfill his girlfriend’s wishes, due to which he along with his friend committed the robbery. The robbery victim had brought the loan installment from her house shortly before the incident. Police have arrested both the accused.

On Friday, Geeta, wife of Manoj Kirar, a woman working in a micro finance company, who is 32 years old. She had reached village Barai on her scooter to collect installment money from the women of the group. When she was returning after taking the installment money. At around 10 in the morning, when a woman came out of Barai village with money, two masked youths riding a bike assaulted her at knife point. He threatened him and looted his purse. Apart from the extortion money of Rs 32,000, the purse contained his important documents and mobile phone.

Police revealed

The woman lodged a complaint about the robbery at Badarwas police station. After the complaint, TI Ravi Chauhan along with his team searched the CCTV cameras installed on the way. Photographs of the suspicious youth were found in a CCTV camera. According to SDOP Vijay Singh Yadav, the woman also identified the masked accused after seeing the photo. After this, when the police station force including TI showed this photo to the village people and informers, some people recognized the accused Raj Kushwaha on the basis of his bike and physique.

The accused was arrested

When the police raided Raj’s house on the basis of suspicion, the police found Raj at home itself. The police brought him to the police station for questioning, during questioning he confessed to his crime. The accused identified his accomplice as Chhotu Kushwaha. Police have registered a case under sections of the Robbery and Robbery Act against Raj Kushwaha, son of Virendra Kushwaha, aged 19 years, Chhotu alias Arun Kushwaha, son of Parmal Singh Kushwaha, aged 20 years, resident of village Barai police station Badarwas. The looted goods were also recovered from them.

During police interrogation, Raj told that he needed money to fulfill the needs of his girlfriend. For this reason he committed the robbery. According to the police, when Raj told this to Chhotu, Chhotu had conspired to commit this robbery. Raj has even got a tattoo of Miss You on his neck.
