A sensational incident has come to light in Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh. An 8-year-old innocent boy was murdered two months ago in Bhojpur police station area. The police registered a case of murder and started investigating the case. While investigating the case, the police arrested the real uncle of the deceased child two months after the murder. When the police strictly interrogated the accused regarding the murder, they confessed to their crime.
Police investigation revealed that the murder accused had illicit relations with his real sister-in-law. The deceased innocent man had seen the accused in an objectionable condition with his sister-in-law. The accused uncle was afraid that if the innocent boy told anyone about his illicit relationship, he would be insulted.
Nephew pretended to be missing
To avoid this insult, the accused uncle strangled his own 8-year-old nephew to death with his vest. The accused uncle murdered his nephew and threw the body in the forest. After this he started pretending that the child was missing. When the police investigated, they arrested the killer uncle and sent him to jail.
Murder took place on 30 September
Let us tell you that a child was murdered two months ago on September 30 in Sidlau Nazarpur Milk Village of Bhojpur police station area. The name of the innocent youth was Mohammad Raja. After coming to school, he had gone to the village to watch a Kabaddi match. Then he disappeared from there. When Mohammad Raja did not return home, the entire family started searching for him.
Innocent body found 100 meters away from home
Accused Mustafa Ali also started pretending to find Raja. He also went to the police station along with his elder brother Yusuf to file a report about his nephew. Three days later, when the dead body of the innocent child was found in the forest about 100 meters away from the house, the family members started crying bitterly. During this time the accused uncle also cried a lot.

Police reached the spot and sent the body of the deceased for postmortem. The post mortem report of deceased Mohammed Raja confirmed murder by strangulation. The police registered a case of murder and started investigation. Two months later, while disclosing this matter, the police arrested real uncle Mustafa in the case of murder of an innocent child and sent him to jail.
In this case, SP Dehat Sandeep Kumar Meena told that the accused uncle had an illicit relationship with his sister-in-law. The innocent boy had seen his uncle in an objectionable condition. That’s why the uncle strangled the innocent child to death and threw the body in the forest.
