Uttar Pradesh created a record by completing 1.25 crore learning hours on iGOT Karmayogi platform with 40% contribution. More than 11 lakh employees took training during Sadhna Week and the state got second position in the country.

The Uttar Pradesh government has achieved a major achievement by contributing almost 40 percent of the total training in the country on the Integrated Government Online Training (iGOT) Karmayogi platform. More than 14.25 lakh employees of the state together completed more than 1.25 crore learning hours, which is a new record. This success is the result of active participation, discipline, dedication and positive attitude of continuous learning of the employees.
Mission Karmayogi Sadhana Week 2026: Big change seen in efficiency
During the Mission Karmayogi ‘Sadhana Saptah’ organized from 2 to 10 April, government employees of Uttar Pradesh showed positive changes in their working style, behavior and efficiency. This campaign played an important role in making the employees more capable and responsible.
UP ranked second in overall best performance
Uttar Pradesh has secured second position in the entire country in the ‘Overall Best Performance’ category. This achievement is a testament to the effective policies of the state government, better implementation and strong teamwork and coordination among the employees.
More than 11 lakh employees completed training
More than 11.3 lakh employees completed a minimum of 4 hours of training during the ‘Sadhana Week’. This data shows that efforts are being made on a large scale to improve the governance system in the state and the desire to learn has increased among the employees.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath congratulated all the officers, employees, concerned departments and the team of nodal institution ‘Upam’ on this achievement. He said that better coordination, monitoring and encouragement at the departmental level have played an important role in this success, which is commendable.
