Mika also revealed that Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan played a key role in designing his Rs 50 crore house.
Mika Singh’s journey to wealth worth crores started with Rs 75
Mika Singh told that at the age of 13, he had earned Rs 75 for the first time by performing in Jagran. At that time he never thought that one day he would become the owner of dozens of properties across the country. Mika says that elder brother Daler Mehndi’s guidance, hard work, talent and right investment made him financially strong.

Mika Singh’s 99th property is a luxurious house in Mumbai.
Mika Singh revealed that his luxury apartment in Mumbai is his 99th property. He also told that he always dreamed of becoming a successful singer, but he never thought of owning such a huge real estate property. Mika had purchased this property in the year 2012. At that time he lived in Andheri West. After hearing good things about the building, he saw the project and was so impressed that he bought six flats in the same building. It took about six years to complete the project and they got its possession in 2018. Today the estimated price of this house is said to be around Rs 50 crore.
Shahrukh Khan made Mika meet Gauri Khan
According to Mika, he had requested his close friend Shahrukh Khan to introduce him to Gauri Khan. He told that Shahrukh had earlier jokingly warned him about the expenses. However, Mika remained firm on his decision. Later Gauri Khan accepted the project on one condition that she would have complete trust on all decisions related to the design. After about two years of hard work, the house was given a wonderful look.

5 bedroom luxury palace made of 8 bedrooms
Initially this apartment was designed in an 8 bedroom layout. But Gauri Khan transformed it into a huge 5 bedroom luxury house. The house includes a family room, guest suite, large living area and Mika’s personal space. Mika claims that he can comfortably host around 40 guests at a time.
There is a statue of Ganesh ji in every property of Mika Singh.
Mika Singh told that there is also a temple of Lord Ganesha, Mother Lakshmi and Mother Saraswati in his house. He said that there is an idol of Lord Ganesha in every property, which is a symbol of his faith. Mika believes that people should focus on saving and investing instead of spending unnecessarily on expensive things. He said that his properties and 100-acre farmhouse are not just assets but long-term investments, which also provide employment to many people.
