Sometimes this may happen but if you make it a habit then the level of migraine may increase further. Experts say that by getting complete sleep, our mind becomes calm and the body also gets relaxed. Many researches have revealed that one of the major reasons for the deteriorating mental health of people is the habit of not sleeping properly. In today’s time, people remain busy on phones or other screens for hours. This disturbs the sleeping pattern. According to Dr. Daljeet, we must take at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily.

People with migraine also have a lot of problems with loud noises. Migraine can be triggered due to exposure to loud sounds or noise. Some people listen to songs in loud voice and if a person affected by migraine does this then he may face serious problems after some time. To reduce this mental health problem, one should spend some time in a quiet place. By doing this the mind becomes calm and stress is reduced.

Experts say that mistakes in eating habits can also prove costly. Even a person suffering from migraine or normal should not remain on an empty stomach for long. People now remain hungry for diet and fitness. Due to this, there is a deficiency of nutrients in the body, which not only affects our body but also disturbs our mental health. Apart from this, one should avoid eating or drinking things with high caffeine content. These disturb our sleeping patterns.
