Ingredients to make Methi Chili or Raita Chili
- green or red chilli,
- Turmeric,
- Salt,
- Rena Kuria,
- Fenugreek Kuriya,
- Fennel,
- whole coriander,
- black pepper,
- Asafoetida,
- Oil,
- Lemon juice.
How to make Fenugreek Chilli
- – First of all, wash and clean the red or green chillies you have taken. Then cut it into two or four pieces.
- – Now take chillies in a big vessel, mix turmeric and salt well in it and keep it for 2-3 hours to ferment.
- – Now in a pan, fry mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, whole coriander in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely.
- – Now add coarsely ground spices, roasted salt, black pepper, turmeric, asafoetida in a bowl and mix well.
- Now once again heat oil in a pan and after it cools down a bit, add all these spices in it. Then mix these spices with chopped chillies. – Now add lemon juice to it, cover it with a lid and then serve.
