Ingredients to make Methi Potato Curry
- Potato
- green fenugreek
- Coriander
- whole cumin seeds
- Salt
- Turmeric
- Asafoetida
- Green chilly
- Garlic
- red chilli
- Coriander

How to make Fenugreek Potato Salad
- – Turn on the gas and take oil in a pan. Keep more quantity of oil. When the oil is hot, add cumin, asafoetida, chopped green chillies and garlic and fry.
- Then add chopped potatoes and mix. Then add turmeric, salt, coriander and mix.
- – Now cover the dish for some time and let it cook. Then add red chilli powder and mix. – Now add chopped green fenugreek to it and mix.
- – Now cover it and let it cook again. – After complete cooking, turn off the gas. Garnish with green coriander. Your fenugreek potato curry is ready.
