In the Kotwali police station area of Meerut district, a friend Samad killed his own friend Abdullah by stabbing him with a knife for just Rs 100. Both friends had gone for a walk at night. Both of them stopped at a place and had a meeting, then Samad, who was drunk, got angry and attacked Abdullah with a knife, killing him. While disclosing the murder in the police line, SSP Dr. Vipin Tada gave complete information and said that the fight between the two took place only over Rs 100.
Vegetable seller Abdullah (22) was stabbed to death by his friend on Sunday evening in Naugaja of Kotwali police station area. Friend Samad first called Abdullah from home and then went to a place and killed him after a mutual dispute. Abdullah was friends with Samad alias Ballu for a long time and used to spend a lot of time together. As soon as the information about tattooing with knives was received, the police reached the spot.
Youth dies during treatment
Police say that when they reached the spot, Abdullah was breathing, but during treatment, Abdullah died in the hospital itself. The family members also tried to create ruckus and vandalize the district hospital by alleging negligence in treatment. After this the family members demanded the arrest of the accused from the police. At the same time, the mother was crying bitterly with her son’s dead body in her lap.
The killer stabbed the victim 8 to 9 times
There were many knife marks on Abdullah’s body. According to the family, Abdullah was the only light in the house. His father also died a long time ago. Mother raised Abdullah alone with great difficulty. After the murder, the police sent the body for post-mortem in the night itself. Samad brutally killed Abdullah by stabbing him with knives. Samad had stabbed Abdullah about 8 to 9 times with knives.
Meanwhile, after the incident, seeing the crowd, the accused fled from the spot leaving Samad Abdullah behind. People told that Abdullah tried to run away to save his life, but he fell down. The whole body was drenched in blood. The police also recovered the knife used in the murder from the spot. Abdullah was murdered on Sunday night and based on the complaint of the family members, the police registered a case and deployed three teams to arrest the accused.
There was a dispute over Rs 100
The police arrested the accused youth within three hours. Meerut SSP Dr. Vipin Tada said that there was a dispute between the two regarding Rs 100 as wages, due to which Samad killed his friend Abdullah by stabbing him with a knife.
