Engine and powertrain
Not much information has been revealed about the engine of the new Brezza, but reports suggest that it may be offered with a 6-speed manual transmission (6MT). Facelifts usually do not involve major engine changes. Therefore, the existing engine options are expected to continue in the Maruti Suzuki Brezza. It will include a 1.5-litre K15C engine, which comes in three variants: petrol, CNG and mild-hybrid. Apart from this, underbody cylinder can be given in CNG variant to improve the boot space.
