Haridwar Roorkee Development Authority has started a new plotting scheme for the people. Under the Ganga View Residential Scheme, anyone will be able to take any residential plot to build their dream home. Under this scheme, people taking plots must have been registered online first, the last date of which the Authority has fixed March 25. Before this, the plots will be found in various sizes at reasonable rates.
Online registration has started to buy small and large residential plots for the general public in Roorkee city near Haridwar. These plots will show a great view of Ganga Canal. On the basis of which it has been named Ganga View Residential Scheme. Under this scheme, anyone will be able to take a plot at a reasonable price to build their dream home. At present, no size of the plot has been decided yet. In this scheme, you will be able to buy the smallest and the biggest plot.
Where will you get the plot?
In this scheme, plots will be cut 1 km from National Highway and 11 kilometers from Bhagwanpur industrial area. Due to the industrial area being close, the problem related to employment will be reduced. Also, due to passing the highway, the problem of transportation will not have to be faced too much. The Roorkee Cantt area is at 2 kilometers of the Ganga View Residential Scheme. With this, the distance of the railway station is only 2 kilometers and the bus stand is 3 kilometers.
