Ingredients for making laddu:
Ground jaggery – 1/2 cup
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cashews – 15
Almonds – 10
Dry coconut – 2 tbsp
Flax seeds – 1 tablespoon
Makhana- 1 tablespoon
Roasted peanuts – 2 tbsp
Pistachios – 10
Pumpkin seeds – 1 tablespoon
Sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon

– Fry the makhana in 3 tablespoons ghee in a pan until it becomes crisp. Let them cool and then grind them in a mixer to make a coarse powder.
– Add 1 tablespoon ghee in another pan and melt it. Add makhana powder, ground jaggery and mixed dry fruits. Keep stirring on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
When the mixture cools down a bit, add powdered sugar to it and start shaping the laddus with smooth hands.
If you want, you can also add some saffron mixed milk to it.
When ready, store all the laddus in an airtight container.
