Assembly elections are near in Maharashtra. In such a situation, all the parties have geared up. Voting will be held on 288 seats in the state in a single phase on November 20 and the election results will be declared on November 23. The campaign for the assembly elections is in the final stages and will come to an end on Monday. Amidst this campaign, a major accident took place in Kalyan, where bursting of firecrackers during a rally cost the life of a candidate and his hair got burnt.

Today is the last day of campaigning for the assembly elections. Earlier, Jijau Vikas Party candidate Rakesh Mutha was campaigning in Kalyan West constituency on Sunday. A grand garland of 150 kg was prepared in Bhoirwadi area to welcome Rakesh Mutha. This garland was put around his neck with the help of a crane. Some electric sparkers were also kept along with this grand garland. Suddenly a spark came out from these firecrackers and hit Rakesh Mutha’s head.

After this, Rakesh Mutha’s hair caught fire. The people present there immediately extinguished the fire. However, it is a matter of relief that no major accident was avoided. Also, there was no loss of life but any major incident could have happened. Talking about Kalyan, a fight between Shiv Sena and Shiv Sena will be seen in Kalyan West assembly constituency.

Sachin Basre from Shiv Sena Thackeray faction has been made the candidate from Kalyan West constituency, while Vishwanath Bhoir from Eknath Shinde faction has come to try his luck in the field. Along with this, Ulhas Bhoir from MNS has also entered the fray. Candidates of both the parties are putting in all their strength to win the elections and are campaigning vigorously. In such a situation, it has to be seen on whose head the public will crown in Kalyan West.
