Maharashtra: Everything is well in Mahayuti… Eknath Shinde spoke on rumors of divide in alliance

The Mahayuti government in Maharashtra has been coming for a long time. Differences are coming between Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena and Ajit Pawar’s NCP. However, Shinde rejected it outright. He says that there is just a rumor of splitting inside Mahayuti and there is no truth in it. Shinde said that everything is fine in the ruling coalition and if there is an issue, it will be resolved through dialogue.

Talking to reporters on Sunday (April 13), the Deputy Chief Minister said that there is no discord in Mahayuti. Everything is fine. We work and do not complain. He denied the complaint in the alliance and the complaint about Union Home Minister Amit Shah about Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar. Actually, there were reports that he complained to Shah about Ajit Pawar.

‘Fact should be noted instead of speculation’

Earlier, Ajit Pawar had told reporters in a conversation with reporters, if Eknath Shinde has to say anything, he should talk to me directly or the Chief Minister of the state Devendra Fadnavis. We have good relations. He also said that everyone should focus on fact instead of speculation.

The ongoing tussle over fund allocation

It is being said that Shiv Sena is unhappy with the delay in approving the files related to its ministries stuck near Pawar and is also unhappy with the reversal of some decisions taken by CM Fadnavis by the previous government led by Shinde. An important meeting was held between Amit Shah and Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde in Pune on Saturday. This meeting is being seen linking with the ongoing tussle over the allocation of funds in the Mahayuti government of Maharashtra. It is being told that Shinde expressed concern about the delay in the approval of the files related to the Finance Department from Shah.

Actually the Finance Department is with Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar. Shinde says that the files of development schemes of Shiv Sena ministers and MLAs are stuck for a long time, due to which the necessary projects are being affected, they are not being able to work. He reiterated the matter of ‘equality and transparency’ among the colleagues and said that there should be fairness in fund distribution and file approval.

Minister Mungantiwar defends Shinde

On this matter, BJP leader and former state minister Mungantiwar said that Eknath Shinde is a good leader. He will not use such methods to raise complaints in front of Amit Shah. He said that Shinde is a leader who will not wait for Shah to take up the matter, he will talk directly to Ajit Pawar.
