A major upheaval has been seen during the Maharashtra Assembly election campaign. On Tuesday, NCP leader Nawab Malik also filed his independent nomination. Mankhurd has filed his nomination from Shivaji Nagar assembly seat. After the nomination, Malik said that I have filed the nomination as an independent candidate. I have not received the AB form from the party, if I get it in time then I will contest the elections as an NCP candidate otherwise as an independent candidate.
