Maha Kumbh invitation letters start being distributed, Keshav Maurya invites Telangana CM

There is not much time left for the Kumbh Mela. Mahakumbh is to be organized in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh from 13 January to 26 February. Preparations are going on in full swing for this event. The process of distributing invitation cards for Prayagraj Mahakumbh has started. Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya reached Telangana and gave invitation letter to Chief Minister Anumula Revanth Reddy and the Governor.

Keshav Prasad Marya met Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Verma at Raj Bhavan in Hyderabad and extended the invitation. Along with this, he met Telangana Chief Minister Anumula Revanth Reddy in Hyderabad and invited him to participate in organizing the Maha Kumbh Mela. Deputy CM Maurya has also appealed to the people of Telangana state to come to Mahakumbh.

CMs of many opposition states are being invited

Chief Ministers of non-BJP ruled states are also being invited to the Prayagraj Mahakumbh. UP ministers are being sent to give invitation letters to the Chief Ministers and Governors of all the states, under this, Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya and former minister Siddharth Nath Singh have reached Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and started giving invitation letters.

Treasure opened regarding Mahakumbh

The Central Government has approved a grant of Rs 2100 crore for Mahakumbh 2025. Its first installment of Rs 1050 crore has also been released. The state government is spending Rs 5435.68 crore on organizing Mahakumbh. This amount is being spent on 421 projects. UP government has so far issued financial approval of Rs 3461.99 crore. With this, Mahakumbh will be organized in a more divine and grand manner.

This time in Mahakumbh, special attention is being given to the safety, cleanliness and all the necessary facilities of the devotees, recently the government has declared it as the 76th district of the state, which will be known as Mahakumbh Mela District.
