A student committed suicide by consuming poisonous substance in Ludhawali, a rural area in Shivpuri district of Madhya Pradesh. Family members told that the student’s health suddenly deteriorated at around 10 pm. After which he was taken to the hospital for treatment. Seeing his critical condition, the doctors of the district hospital referred him to the medical college. He died during treatment there. The student was beaten up for not completing his school work. Angered by this, the student committed suicide.
According to the information, Rahul, a student of Ludhavali, whose age is said to be 14 years. Family members told that Rahul suddenly fell ill while studying at 10 pm. When the student fell ill, his mother Rachna took him to the district hospital for treatment. Seeing his serious condition in the district hospital, he was referred to the medical college. He died at five o’clock on Tuesday morning during treatment in the medical college.
The student told the doctor the truth
During the treatment, during the conversation with the doctor, Rahul told the doctors that his teacher had beaten him for not completing his school work. That’s why he consumed poison. When school director Rajesh Kushwaha was talked to in this regard, he clearly said that there are clear instructions to the staff that no student should be beaten. If a child is careless in studies, his family members are called and informed.

According to Rajesh, the student had taken admission in his school this year. Before this, he had passed sixth and seventh class from Navodaya Vidyalaya. Rajesh told that Rahul was playful and had even run away from Navodaya School two to three times. For this reason, his family members took him out of Navodaya and brought him back to Shivpuri. Rajesh said that despite this, if there is talk of assault then he will get it found out. If any teacher has assaulted, action will be taken as per rules.
Giving information, police station in-charge Ratnesh Yadav said that further action will be taken on the basis of whatever facts emerge in the investigation. However, Rahul’s mother says that she has no knowledge that Rahul had consumed poisonous substance.
