The Chief Minister said that many senior Congress leaders were claiming for this Rajya Sabha seat. But when the party gave ticket to one candidate, dissatisfaction arose among other leaders. He alleged that due to this resentment, people within the party made the facts and activities related to the candidate public. Congress accused of dividing the society
Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Congress did politics of dividing the society for years. He alleged that Congress leaders had raised questions even on the existence of Lord Shri Ram. The Chief Minister said that the party had promoted politics of division and confrontation among the people for a long time. He said that Congress had once given the slogan of ‘Eliminate Poverty’, but poverty was not eliminated. With time the people removed Congress from power.
Accused of only pursuing self-interest by being in power
The Chief Minister said that whenever Congress came to power, it gave priority to its political interests over public interest. He said that today a grand temple of Lord Shri Ram has been built in Ayodhya and a large number of devotees from India and abroad are reaching there for darshan. He said that Madhya Pradesh also has the special blessings of Lord Shri Ram and whatever resolution his government takes, it also fulfills it.
Mentioned the concept of Ram Rajya and Sanatan culture
Dr. Yadav said that in the system of Ram Rajya, no person remained hungry and the safety of women was the top priority. He said that in that system, cow service, religious traditions and Sanatan culture were given special respect. The prosperity and cultural splendor of temples used to be the identity of the society.
Appreciation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership
Praising the working style of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Chief Minister said that he is sensitive towards others and disciplined towards himself. He said that Prime Minister Modi is engaged in serving the country with full devotion while living a very simple life. He claimed that under the leadership of the Prime Minister, about 25 crore people of the country have got housing facilities and free food grains are being provided to 80 crore citizens. According to him, crores of people have come out of the poverty line and moved towards a better life.
Public service and national security strengthened under Modi government
The Chief Minister said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, public welfare schemes have expanded in the country. Besides, the security of the borders and the strategic capability of the country have also become stronger than before. He said that this is a matter of pride for the countrymen.
NDA representation increasing in Rajya Sabha
Dr. Mohan Yadav said that through the Rajya Sabha elections, the number of members of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is continuously increasing in the Upper House. He said that BJP has tried to give representation to all classes and different sections of the society in the Rajya Sabha. The Chief Minister said that his party is moving forward with the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas and Sabka Vishwas’ and is working in accordance with this spirit.
