The Lucknow Supergiants team has not started well. The team lost two out of three matches. This team lost to Punjab at their home in Lucknow and after this match a big controversy has come to light. It is being claimed that the Lucknow Supergiants team distanced the match presentation ceremony after the defeat and all this was done intentionally. It is alleged that Lucknow owner Sanjeev Goenka was to go to the match presentation and he was also present on the field but he did not go to that program after the defeat.
What happened in Lucknow match?
According to reports, LSG did not send any of his officers in the post-match presentation, while being a home team, he needed to do so. After the match, the owner Sanjeev Goenka and some officers were on the field, but no one officially attended the presentation. However, a source of LSG claimed that there was no such system. He said, “Sri Goenka was on the ground, but no event was organized for the post-match presentation.”
But on the contrary, another source said that Sanjeev Goenka’s name was in the guest list of post-match presentation, but it was later canceled. He raised the question, ‘If this is the case, then LSG should have sent one of its officers to the presentation.’
LSG’s poor performance
