Harshad Chopra gets furious over Shilpa Shinde’s ‘lovebirds’ comment in Lock Up 2. Whereas Apoorva Mukhija told Shivangi that personal comments were being made about her in the show, due to which a new controversy arose.
These days, controversies are increasing with every episode in Lock Upp Season 2. In the July 22 episode, the atmosphere in the house completely changed after Shilpa Shinde called Harshad Chopra and Shivangi Joshi ‘lovebirds’. Both the artists openly expressed their displeasure on this issue and responded fiercely to Shilpa.
‘We are just friends’, Harshad retorted
The controversy started with an argument over gym mats, but the talk soon reached Harshad and Shivangi’s relationship. Shilpa called both of them ‘lovebirds’, on which Harshad got angry. He clearly said that he and Shivangi are just good friends. Harshad told Shilpa that talking like this is wrong and it can affect Shivangi’s image. He also said that Shivangi’s family has entrusted him with the responsibility and he is fulfilling the same trust.

This is not the first time that Shilpa Shinde has commented on Shivangi and Harshad’s relationship in ‘Lockup 2’. In the last few episodes, she was seen repeatedly raising questions on their alleged relationship. Not only this, he had talked about Shivangi’s affair with her co-stars and also made controversial comments about her personal life and virginity, which sparked debate on social media as well.

Drama increased with Apoorva Mukhija’s entry
The atmosphere in the house became more heated after the entry of wild card contestant Apoorva Mukhija (The Rebel Kid). As soon as he came home, he told Shivangi that Shilpa Shinde had said many objectionable things about him behind his back. When Shivangi asked what was said about their relationship, Apoorva told her the whole story without taking anyone’s name. Shivangi also appeared emotional due to this.
