A surprising incident has happened in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. Here a middle-aged man attacked a woman with a knife. Due to this the woman fell on the ground and started writhing in pain and calmed down after some time. When the accused thought that he had died, he also consumed poisonous substance. When the people nearby saw them doing this, they ran there. Coincidentally both of them were breathing. They were immediately rushed to the hospital, where both of them are in critical condition. After receiving the information, the police reached the spot and started investigating the matter.
The matter is of Chhapar village of Baragaon police station area of Jhansi. According to the police, Kamlesh Kushwaha (51), living in this village, was not married. A 43 year old woman living in the village was also living a lonely life after the death of her husband. During this time both of them came in contact with each other and started living in live-in. According to the villagers, both of them were not married, but lived like husband and wife. Meanwhile, Kamlesh suspected that the woman was also in contact with another man. There have been many fights between the two regarding this issue.

It is being told that the woman had gone to work in the fields on Saturday. She was returning from the fields in the evening when Kamlesh reached her while searching for her. There was a lot of argument between the two on some issue on the way. Meanwhile, Kamlesh suddenly lost his temper and took out a knife from his pocket and attacked the woman several times. As soon as the knife hit, the woman fell on the ground and started writhing in pain. Then she calmed down after some time. Accused Kamlesh felt that she was dead, so he took out a packet of poison from his pocket, opened it and took out all the poison.
Investigation started on the basis of complaint
When the people present nearby saw both of them breathing, they immediately informed the police and took both of them to Maharani Lakshmibai Medical College. According to the police, at present the condition of both of them remains stable. However, the doctor is not in a position to say anything right now. Jhansi CO Sadar Sneha Tiwari said that a relative of the woman has given a complaint regarding this incident. The police have registered a case on the basis of the complaint and started investigating the matter. The police is trying to find out the real reason for the incident.
