Arvind Kejriwal raised questions on judicial impartiality while presenting his arguments in the court in the case related to Delhi Excise Policy. He said that the judge before whom his case is pending has attended the meetings of an advocate council four times, whose ideology does not match his. Kejriwal said that because of this a doubt arises in his mind whether he will get fair justice in the court or not. He clearly said that the judge’s participation in those programs raises doubts in his mind.
