3 including Kejriwal-Sisodia have announced boycott
The hearing of the liquor scam case in Delhi High Court has taken place at a time when Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and Durgesh Pathak have announced the boycott of Justice Sharma. Alleging the possibility of bias on the part of the judge, the three leaders have said that none of their lawyers will be present. This step has been taken after Justice Sharma rejected the recusal petition of Kejriwal and others, which is being called Satyagraha.
