Lenin received a ‘mass’ welcome from fans

Murali Kishore Abburu directed Akhil’s ‘Lenin’. Nagarjuna and Nagavamsi produced it, with Bhagyashri Borse as the heroine. The cast also included Pramod, Shivaji, Eeswari Rao, Ramki, and Getup Srinu. The film opened to mixed reviews on July 10, with many calling it a regular commercial movie. But the audience loved its mass elements and action scenes, giving it a huge thumbs-up. This resulted in great collections for the first two weeks.
