Lenin Box Office Collection Day 7: Akhil Akkineni’s Film Ends First Week With ₹50.92 Crore Worldwide

Akhil Akkineni’s Telugu rural action drama Lenin has completed its first week at the box office, closing the seven-day run with steady collections. The film, which hit theatres on July 10, features Bhagyashri Borse as the female lead and is directed by Murali Kishor Abburu. As the movie enters Day 8 (Friday, July 17), trade watchers are closely tracking whether it can maintain its momentum into the second weekend.

 

According to box office tracking platform Sacnilk, Lenin collected an estimated ₹2.00 crore India net on Day 7 (Thursday). The latest figure is slightly lower than the previous day’s ₹2.15 crore, reflecting a 7% day-on-day decline in domestic net earnings.

With the Day 7 collections added, the film’s total India net collection now stands at ₹36.20 crore. Its India gross has reached ₹41.52 crore, while the overseas gross is reported at ₹9.40 crore after adding approximately ₹0.25 crore from international markets on Thursday. This takes the film’s worldwide gross collection to ₹50.92 crore at the end of its first week.

The film enjoyed its strongest performance over the opening weekend, with collections peaking on Sunday. As is common for theatrical releases, the numbers eased after Monday before stabilising during the remainder of the first week. The second weekend will now be an important phase in determining how the film performs over the longer run.
