Lemon Shikanji helps in fulfilling the water deficiency in the body as well as maintaining electrolyte balance through salt and sugar, which provides relief from weakness and dizziness caused by strong sunlight.

Coconut water is a natural electrolyte drink, which is rich in potassium, magnesium and minerals, which helps in keeping the body instantly hydrated and cool. If you are sweating a lot or going out in the sun, then lemon shikanji with light salt and sugar can be more effective.

Whereas coconut water is a better option for normal hydration and keeping the body cool. Therefore, it is considered best to consume both according to the situation.
