If you are bored of eating gram flour cheela every day, then make vegetable rice cheela from stale rice. Prepare a thick batter by mixing some semolina, curd, ginger, green chilli, onion, carrot and capsicum in rice. Apply light oil on the pan and cook till it turns golden from both the sides. This cheela becomes crispy from outside and soft from inside. Its taste further increases with green chutney or curd.
