The company gave him two options. If she comes to office and works, the annual salary will be Rs 10.5 lakh. But if she wants to work from home, then the salary will be Rs 8.5 lakh. Shikha visited the office for five days and realized what she was losing just by earning Rs 2 lakh more.

Shikha calculated. If you had gone to the office and worked, you would have earned around Rs 15,000 more per month. But instead one had to go to office 30 kilometers away every day, that too in the terrible traffic of Bengaluru! When 24 year old Shikha understood that staying at home was more beneficial than going to office, she did not think even for a moment.
