Habit of excessive tea and coffee

The taste of food is useless without salt, no matter how many spices are added, but it is important to eat it in limited quantity. We consume salt in our daily meal. Apart from this, he also keeps eating things like chips, namkeen, salt peanuts as snacks. All these packaged items contain high amounts of salt and eating it can cause dehydration in your body. In fact, if you eat salt, the kidneys use more water to flush out excess sodium and this makes you go to the toilet frequently. Due to this, dehydration can occur and the pressure on the kidneys increases.

In summer people feel that they just want something cold to eat or drink. Due to this, the demand for ice cream, frozen desserts and especially cold drinks increases in the market. Some people drink cold drinks several times a day. It is just carbonated water, which contains colour, sugar and other flavours. These can cause dehydration, hence cold drinks should be drunk in very small quantities.
Stay away from such food
In summer you should stay away from fried foods. Apart from this, avoid processed foods also. These foods have less moisture and a lot of fat, hence the body needs more water during digestion. Because of this, these foods can not only cause dehydration but also cause stomach problems like gas, diarrhea, acidity.
