In this sequence, illegal constructions are being identified and red marks are being placed for demolition. On Sunday, LDA officials had also launched a similar campaign in Kalia Kheda of Kakori. During this time, the house of a farmer Hiralal Rawat was also marked and a red mark was put on it. After seeing this mark, Hiralal Rawat was so shocked that he had a heart attack.
He died there late at night. There has been a stir after receiving information about this incident. On getting information about the incident, former Union Minister of State Kaushal Kishore reached the house of the victim’s family and consoled the people. Also assured that no house built in the populated area will be demolished. Talks have been held with LDA officials in this regard. LDA had acquired land in this area a long time ago, although possession was not taken at that time.
Two days ago the tractor was running on 4 bighas of land.
Now the LDA team has started the work of taking possession of the acquired land. According to Neeraj, son of Hiralal Rawat, two days ago, LDA had taken possession of this entire land after plowing about four bighas of crop of farmer Hiralal. Since many houses have also been built in the acquired area. In such a situation, LDA officials on Sunday identified these houses and put red marks for demolition. This created a stir in the area.
Shocked to see red marks on the house
At that time farmer Hiralal had gone to his fields. When he returned and saw this mark on the house, he was deeply shocked. Due to this shock, he had an attack at around 3 o’clock in the night and screamed loudly. He was immediately taken to the hospital, but he died on the way. His last rites were performed in the village on Monday. LDA Tehsildar Virag Karwaria said that the houses built in the populated areas will not be demolished. The authority has taken a decision in this regard.
