It has given special attention to those areas where there is a lot of difference in the government rate and market rate of land. A proposal is being made to circulate equal to the market price in all such areas. Farmers will get the most benefit of this. They will get more compensation in exchange for the land acquired.

Profit and deficit due to increase in circle rate

It is also seen that the prices of land are already touching the sky. Buying it to the common man is becoming a dream. Now it is going to be very difficult to buy land due to increase in circle rate. It is being speculated that due to increase in circle rate, the highest land will become expensive on the National Highway.

Circle rate will increase after 9 years

It is being told that a special increase in the circle rate of land has not been increased since 2016. After 9 years, it has been decided to increase it. Although the circle rate was increased in many districts according to the requirement in between, but in most districts, the 8-year-old circle rate is going on. Whereas, the price of land is skyrocketing during this period.

In this fast, the acquisition of land under the expressway, 29 industrial corridor, defense corridor and industrial policy is a major role. If seen, the price of land has increased by 3 to 10 times in 40 districts including Ayodhya, Sitapur, Chitrakoot, Deoria, Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Auraiya, Kanpur Dehat of the state.
