KL Rahul, who recently made a brilliant comeback in Team India, has bought crores of land with his father -in -law Sunil Shetty. The property was purchased by Rahul and Shetty in March 2025 by Rahul and Shetty. For which he has made up to Rs 9.85 crore. Also, the cricketer has to pay 30 thousand rupees for stamp duty and registration of Rs 68.96 lakh. The area purchased is said to be 7 acres and this land is in Owale area of western Thane.
KL Rahul bought luxury apartments
KL Rahul and his wife Aathia Shetty also bought a 3,350 square feet luxury apartment at Sandhu Palace of Pali Hill in Bandra last year. The price of that luxury apartment is said to be more than 20 crores. Now he has bought this land near Ghodbandar Road in the Owl area in western Thane. Which is considered very important in terms of business. It goes on to say that KL has recently become the father of a daughter. He has not been able to play the initial match of IPL due to this.
KL Rahul’s bat is rocking IPL
KL Rahul has become the father of 24 March 2025 during his IPL 2025. Due to which he has also missed some of his new franchise Delhi Capitals. But now he is with the team and is rocking the IPL. The player has scored 200 runs in 4 innings for Delhi Capitals. The player has also put 2 fifty in four innings at a stormy strike rate of 164.
