Benedict Garrett gave a befitting reply to the trolls
British actor Benedict Garrett, who is playing an important role in the film, raised questions on the thinking of trollers by sharing a video on Instagram. He said that if anyone has any objection to romantic scenes, then questions should be raised equally on both Yash and Kiara, because both are married and both have children. Benedict said that people on social media are praising Yash and sending fire emojis in his comment section, but Kiara is being made fun of. According to him, this clearly shows double standards. The audience should understand that the job of actors and actresses is to play characters and not to live their personal lives on screen. He said that the profession of actors is such that one has to play romance, emotions and different types of scenes as per the requirement of the story. This has nothing to do with his personal life.

‘Why leave acting after marriage or becoming a mother?’
Expressing displeasure over the trolling, Benedict said that Kiara’s acting is not being questioned, rather she is being targeted only because she is someone’s wife and mother. She said that it is completely wrong to think that an actress should stop playing romantic roles after marriage. According to him, this shows the dual attitude of the society towards women. Benedict told that he himself has given nude scenes in three different projects in his career, because the story required it. He said that every actor sets his own limits and that is his professional choice.
