Delhi Pradesh BJP President Virendra Sachdeva has made a big claim regarding former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. He said in the press conference that Arvind Kejriwal’s five-star life, who came to power with the claim of simplicity, had opened his quarrel-and-shismahal, the 52 crore Sheeshamahal. But today we are placing a proof of five -star life and corruption of Kejriwal in front of the people of the country. Our demand is that Kejriwal should answer immediately.
The Delhi BJP president said, a citizen of Maharashtra asked RTI and asked for details of breakdown, sewer, electricity and maintenance expenses in Arvind Kejriwal’s old bungalow between 2015 and 2022. The then Kejriwal government itself gave this answer on 29 December 2023. The figure of expenditure has come out, it exposes the five -star life of Kejriwal and corruption in government work.
29 crore 56 lakh 35 thousand 74 rupees
He told that the RTI applicant has forwarded that answer to Delhi BJP. Sachdeva said that perhaps the houses or multiplexes of big industrialists in Delhi would not have been spent so annually, which was from Kejriwal’s old bungalow. According to the RTI reply, between 31 March 2015 and 27 December 2022, 29 crore 56 lakh 35 thousand 74 was spent on general breakdown, sewer, electricity related work in the old government bungalow located on Kejriwal’s 6 Flag Staff Road.
Maintenance of royal level or corruption in it
Sachdeva said that from the information received from RTI, it is clear that between 2015 and 2022, on an average of Rs 3 crore 69 lakh 54 thousand 384 on the old bungalow of Kejriwal in about 8 years, it was spent on an average of Rs 3 crore 69 lakh 54 thousand 384. An annual maintenance expenses of about 3 crore 69 lakhs on any government bungalow shows which royal level maintenance Kejriwal used to maintain or there would be a game of corruption in it.
