Kejriwal cornering BJP on Rewari issue, plans to conquer Delhi for the fourth time with winning formula

Even though Delhi Assembly elections have not been announced, the political chessboard has started being laid. While both BJP and Congress are trying to end the political exile from power, Aam Aadmi Party has made a plan of ‘Delhi Fatah’ for the fourth time. Aam Aadmi Party’s national convenor Arvind Kejriwal has launched an election campaign in the name of ‘Rewari Par Charcha’ on Friday. During this time, Kejriwal has made a strategy to win the electoral battle and corner BJP by promising the people of Delhi to be fully prepared on 6 issues.

Launching the ‘Discussion on Revadi’ campaign in Delhi, Kejriwal said that public money belongs to the public and Revadi is also the public’s right on it. He said that we are giving 6 free Revadis. Kejriwal said, ‘PM Modi has said many times that Kejriwal is giving free rewari in Delhi and it should be stopped. Kejriwal has openly said that we are giving this Revdi. The people of Delhi have to decide whether they want this Revdi or not. If BJP wins then they will stop these schemes. These are not ‘freebies’ but these are schemes implemented with taxpayers’ money.

‘Rewari Par Charcha’ program across Delhi

Aam Aadmi Party will now hold a discussion campaign on Rewari across Delhi. Arvind Kejriwal himself said that 65 thousand meetings will be held in Delhi under the Rewari Charcha campaign. Starting from our booth workers, all the volunteers will distribute pamphlets. We have given 6 free Revadis to the people of Delhi. BJP has not implemented these rules in the states ruled by itself and its alliance. I did not distribute public money among my friends, but provided facilities to the public only.

Kejriwal’s 6 free revadis

1. Free electricity

2. Free water

3. Pilgrimage for the elderly

4. Free bus travel for women

5. Free world-class education

6. Free medicine and treatment

Killing two birds with one stone

Arvind Kejriwal has tried to kill two birds with one stone by starting the ‘Rewari Charcha’ campaign before the Delhi Assembly elections. On one hand, Kejriwal has a strategy to corner BJP by making its ‘winning formula’ a political weapon again. On the other hand, the way BJP is cornering Aam Aadmi Party on the issue of corruption, there is a hidden strategy to divert it. BJP and especially Prime Minister Narendra Modi have been targeting Kejriwal many times by mentioning ‘Rewri Culture’. Now Kejriwal has made an effort to enter the electoral battle on this issue so that BJP can be brought on its political pitch.

Kejriwal had a difficult five years

It has been a very difficult five years for Aam Aadmi Party and Arvind Kejriwal. Many big leaders of Aam Aadmi Party, including Satyendar Jain, Manish Sisodia and Arvind Kejriwal, had to go to jail on corruption charges. Not only this, Arvind Kejriwal even had to resign from the post of Chief Minister. In such a situation, the political battle of Delhi was looking very difficult for the Aam Aadmi Party. Aam Aadmi Party was born out of Anna’s movement that stood against corruption and Kejriwal had to enter the political field.

Kejriwal and his party people have been calling themselves honest. In such a situation, BJP leaders were raising question marks on the image of Aam Aadmi Party and Kejriwal regarding the Delhi Liquor Policy issue. Due to this, it had become quite challenging for the Aam Aadmi Party to conquer Delhi for the fourth time. In such a situation, Kejriwal resigned from the post of CM and handed over the command of power to Atishi. Along with Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia also decided not to take any post till the next elections.

Kejriwal adopted this strategy for elections

Earlier, Arvind Kejriwal fielded strong leaders of other parties on those seats where Aam Aadmi Party was looking weak. Now by starting the ‘Rewari Charcha’ campaign in Delhi, a strategy has been adopted to sharpen the election agenda with an aggressive attitude. Kejriwal’s strategy is to reach every home again with his populist free schemes through this discussion.

Have won three assembly elections on these issues

Aam Aadmi Party has won three assembly elections in Delhi on the issues of free electricity, free water and free education. This time too, Kejriwal has tried to make it a political weapon so that BJP can be brought to its political pitch. BJP is continuously busy cornering Aam Aadmi Party and Kejriwal on the issue of corruption. Arvind Kejriwal’s strategy is to corner both BJP and Congress by bringing them on their political pitch through Revdi Charcha campaign. Aam Aadmi Party wants to show that BJP is anti-poor, that is why it is raising questions on the free schemes provided to the poor in Delhi.
