Amid the support, backlash and political discourse, Katrina Kaif has been criticised by a diehard fan running an Instagram page dedicated to her. According to a report, the account has been deactivated in response to the actress’ silence over the issue.

A viral post, shared by one of Kat’s fan pages, reads, “I’ve been your fan since childhood, but you can’t say a word for us   who love you from the bottom of our hearts. You don’t have the spine to speak against the government. You betrayed us when we supported you at your lowest. I’m unfollowing you and closing this fan page. You don’t deserve it.”

The person added that they do not have any hatred towards Katrina and that this is just their personal stance.
