Congress Legislature Party meeting will be held tomorrow at 4 pm. In this meeting, DK Shivkumar will be formally elected as the leader of the legislature party. After this he will meet the Governor and stake claim to form the government. Under this reshuffle, the Congress high command is preparing to bring Siddaramaiah into national politics.
