South Actress Leelavathi Death: A very sad news has come out from South Industry. Actress Lilavati, who did more than 600 films in a career spanning 5 decades, has passed away. She was struggling with age related issues. Last night he felt difficulty in breathing, after which he was admitted to Neelamangala Hospital in Karnataka where he breathed his last. She remained associated with the industry for a long time and apart from films, she also did theatre. He worked in Kannada, Tamil and Telugu films in his career.
She was born in Belthangady district of Kannada and her name was Leela Kiran. His personal life was full of ups and downs. He lost his parents at the age of 6. But after this she made her mark on her own and became a big artist. Her son Vinod Raja is also an actor with whom she was living for a long time.
