The tide is finally turning in favor of Odell Beckham Jr. After a rough start to his second stint with the New York Giants, head coach John Harbaugh believes fans may see the return of the old Odell on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans.
Odell returned to the Giants earlier in the year. Harbaugh batted for the veteran to do well in the offseason. He made the 53-man roster at the expense of Darius Slayton, once the Giants’ highest-earning receiver.
The Giants are 1-1 following last week’s defeat to the Los Angeles Rams. Over that period, Beckham has only played 14 total offensive snaps, per Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News. He wasn’t targeted once.
That could change on Sunday against the Titans at MetLife Stadium, his old stomping ground.

Beckham began his NFL career with the Giants. He caught 390 passes for 5,476 yards and scored 44 touchdowns in 61 games. In 2019, the Giants traded him to the Cleveland Browns. Three seasons later, he was on the move once again, ending up on the Los Angeles Rams roster. Despite suffering a season-ending leg injury, he bagged a Super Bowl ring.
After bouncing from the Baltimore Ravens to the Miami Dolphins, he entered free agency midway through 2024. He remained without a club in 2025. In June 2026, Beckham re-signed with the Giants, Baltimore head coach John Harbaugh.
