Rapper-singer Badshah has introduced fans to a new four-legged friend, sharing an adorable glimpse of Laddu, whom he described as his “first ever doggo friend”.
The singer took to social media to share a picture from their meeting. In the photograph, Badshah can be seen seated on a chair while Laddu stands in front of him.
“My first ever doggo friend – Laddu,” Badshah captioned the post.
Badshah, whose real name is Aditya Prateek Singh, is one of the prominent names in India’s contemporary hip-hop and commercial music scene. He began his musical journey with the hip-hop collective Mafia Mundeer before establishing himself as a solo artist.
His popular Bollywood tracks include “Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai” from Khoobsurat, “Kar Gayi Chull” from Kapoor & Sons, “Kala Chashma” from Baar Baar Dekho, “The Breakup Song” from Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, “Garmi” from Street Dancer 3D and “Naina” from Crew.
His independent releases include “DJ Waley Babu”, “Mercy”, “Paagal”, “Genda Phool”, “Paani Paani”, “Jugnu” and “She Move It Like”. “DJ Waley Babu”, featuring Aastha Gill, became one of his defining tracks after its release in 2015.
Badshah’s personal life has also attracted public attention. In March 2026, he married Punjabi actor Isha Rikhi in an intimate ceremony. Isha publicly confirmed the marriage in June following months of speculation about their relationship.
The couple announced on August 31 that they had mutually decided to part ways and move forward separately, while requesting privacy and asking people not to speculate about their relationship.
Isha has since entered Bigg Boss 20, where she has also spoken about experiences from a past relationship.
