Bollywood actor John Abraham has bought a luxurious bungalow worth Rs 84 crore in Bandra West, one of the most posh areas of Mumbai. The actor’s luxury real estate investments have become a topic of discussion. This deal has happened at a time when the prices of luxury properties are continuously increasing due to the shortage of independent bungalows in Mumbai.
New bungalow built on 1,017 square meter plot
According to reports, this freehold property is located on St. Martin Road, Bandra West. Built on a plot of approximately 1,017.60 square metres, the complex also includes an existing bungalow and an outhouse of approximately 31.5 square metres. The registration of this property took place on July 14, 2026 and for this John also paid stamp duty of about Rs 5.04 crore.
John has already bought property worth crores of rupees.
This is not John Abraham’s first major real estate investment.
- In the year 2023, he had purchased a premium property worth about Rs 70.83 crore in Khar area of Mumbai.
- He has many luxury apartments in Sea Glimpse area of Bandra.
