Last week also similar attacks were reported in Jammu and Kashmir. Terrorists had ambushed and attacked army vehicles in Baramulla district. Two soldiers and two porters were killed in this attack. According to officials, last week, when a convoy carrying Rashtriya Rifles unit personnel and porters was heading towards Nagin Post in the Afrawat range, terrorists opened fire on two army trucks in Botapathri.

Valley Chief Minister Omar Abdullah had condemned the attack on the army vehicle in Botapathri and expressed grief. While posting on social media handle X, he had said, the attack on army vehicles in Botapathri area of ​​North Kashmir is a very unfortunate news. There were casualties and some people were injured in this attack.

He also said, this number of recent attacks in Kashmir is a matter of serious concern. I strongly condemn this attack and express my condolences to the loved ones of those who lost their lives. I also pray that the injured people get full and speedy recovery.

6 laborers died

Even before this attack, terrorists had attacked a tunnel construction site in Gagangir area of ​​Ganderbal, Jammu and Kashmir and targeted the workers. Six laborers and a doctor were killed in this attack by terrorists.
