Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav reached Rajgarh at the conclusion of Jal Ganga Augmentation Campaign. He described public participation along with worship, plantation, distribution of tricycles and e-vehicles as the basis of the success of the campaign.
Bhopal/Rajgarh. The ongoing Jal Ganga Augmentation Campaign in Madhya Pradesh is going to end on June 30. On this occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav reached Bhainswamata area of Rajgarh district on Monday. Here, he performed puja as per rituals in the holy milk pond amidst chanting of Vedic mantras and prayed for the happiness, prosperity, public welfare and well-being of the state from Goddess Bhainswamata and Mata Bijasan. During this, the Chief Minister also gave the message of environmental protection and Green India to the people of the state.
Took information about development and beautification works of Bhainswamata temple
During his stay in Rajgarh, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav inspected the proposed form of Bhainswamata Temple. He received detailed information from the officials about the proposed works related to the development and beautification of the temple. The Chief Minister also planted saplings in the campus and appealed to the people to plant more and more trees and gave the message of environmental protection.
Tribal culture and traditional welcome made the tour special
On the arrival of the Chief Minister, the local people gave him a grand welcome in the traditional manner. Tribal dance troupes gave colorful cultural presentations with enthusiasm and excitement at the entrance of the temple. At the same time, the girls welcomed the Chief Minister as per the traditional customs by wearing Kalash on their heads. Religious and cultural atmosphere was visible during the entire event.
Disabled people got tricycles and Lakhpati Didi groups got electric vehicles.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav distributed tricycles to the disabled during the program and wished them a self-reliant life. He also distributed 11 electric vehicles to Lakhpati Didi groups promoting women empowerment. The Chief Minister said that economically empowering women is one of the priorities of the government.
Eco-Bricks model appreciated, public participation said to be the key to success
The Chief Minister appreciated the eco-bricks being prepared from plastic waste by the environment-loving conservation committee of Biaora. He described it as an excellent example of public participation in environmental protection. He said that campaigns like water conservation, tree plantation, cleanliness and environment protection can be successful only when the general public actively participates in it. Public participation is the biggest strength of such campaigns.
