IT Stock Under Rs 50 Soars 13% On Work Statement With SpaceX; Check Share Price

The shares of small cap IT company ‘Blue Cloud Softech’ soared nearly 13 per cent in early trade on Monday after its wholly owned subsidiary executed statement of work with SpaceX International Ltd. The IT stock started the session with huge gap-up at Rs 20.11 as compared to last closing of Rs 19.74 on BSE. The scrip continued the gaining momentum further despite weak sentiment in domestic market to touch intraday high at Rs 22.80, up over 13 per cent from last closing.

Meanwhile, it’s 52 week high and low values stood at Rs 38 and Rs 16.51, respectively.

“Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited today announced that its wholly owned US subsidiary, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd – USA (“BCSSL-USA”), has executed Statement of Work No. 1 (“SOW”) with SpaceX International Ltd, MY,” the company said in an exchange filing.

According to the filling, “The SOW is issued under and incorporated into the Master Services Agreement between the parties dated July 9, 2026, and provides for a minimum contractual commitment of USD 150,000,000 over an eighteen-month term, subject to the terms and conditions of the executed agreements.”

Key domestic benchmark indices–Sensex and Nifty– fell in early trade on Monday as crude oil prices surged on geopolitical uncertainty. The 30-share BSE Sensex fell 19.38 points to 78,479.79. The 50-share NSE Nifty fell 5.10 points to 24,567.45. Later in trade, the BSE benchmark declined further by 158.62 points to 78,340.55, and the Nifty lost 45.20 points to 24,524.95.

Meanwhile, Brent crude, the global oil benchmark, was trading one per cent higher at a level of $84-85 per barrel.

Share Price History

In last five years, the stock surged over 350 per cent, while this year till date it rose 5 per cent. However, in the last three years, the IT stock dipped over 28 per cent. IN a year, the stock fell over 13 per cent.
