India’s fourth largest IT company Wipro has taken a big step to strengthen its business. The Company has entered into an agreement to purchase certain customer contracts of Alpha Net Consulting LLC and its subsidiaries. The total price of this deal can be up to 70.8 million dollars.

Wipro says that the purpose of this acquisition is to strengthen its AI based consulting and application service business. Through this deal, the company will get many big clients of Alpha Net, their contracts and experienced employees associated with them, which will further strengthen the company’s market hold.

Some payments are also included in this agreement, which will be given in future on the basis of the performance of the company. Wipro hopes that this deal will be completed by June 30, 2026.
